Possible location shot of the Lonely Mountain toward the end (2/3 of the way through? 3/4?). I hope they use it, that shot was gorgeous, and matches descriptions of Long Lake quite well.

And I hope they brought enough tea for everyone... if PJ is the only one that gets it, that's lame!

Yes, it's a dream job. But it's still a "job". Long hours, grueling scheduling, take after take after take.

It's not like they set up once, run, and get every shot in a single take.

Working 16-20 hours a day, 6-7 days a week for months at a time, even on a dream job, gets exhausting.

As they noted, this is why they're filming in three blocks this time instead of ripping straight through the entire production. It gives the crews time to rest, recharge, and come back ready to give their all for the next block.

It also gives them time to get some of the other work done rather than piling it all up at the end.

I'm a teacher and I count the days until the next weekend, the next break, summer break, etc. It doesn't mean I hate my job or that I do bad at it (or so I hope and try). It just means the job is a stressful one, takes a lot of work, and that like many humans, I enjoy my leisure time.

PJ talks in there about all the meetings he has the next day about various parts of pre, post, and current production. And they had five helicopters and scads of people scouting locations to make sure they have just the right one for each scene. That's not slacking off or counting time and doing nothing.

I may not like the two movies when they come out, but it's not because they didn't put a lot of effort in to them. I just won't like the results all that effort turned out.
