Stupid Ouroboros Crystal Badge Missions (V-side)

Okay I have a hero badger. Went villain. Can't grab individual badge-missions (only arcs) from Ouroboros and yes I did do the stupid introduction arc again. Actually, oddly I could get like, Bocor's badge mission and the others in the 5-15 range. Just NOTHING ELSE unless the badge is part of an arc.

What is wrong with me, did I go stupid and forget something or do I need to tag along with original-villains' Ouroboros badge missions?

SEMI-RELATED: It's not possible for a hero/villain original to get Praetorian Loyalty-choice badges right?

Only one you should have a problem with is Soul Taker since the contact requires the Lorekeeper badge. Can find the story arc names here. Just need to click on the badge for the info.

Also some villain badge missions appear to be in the level range after it should be. A badge obtained from a level 35-40 contact is in Ouroboros as a level 40-45 arc.

Loyalist, Resistance Member, and Moral High Ground are currently not available for Primals.

No, it's not. The one (new) semi-exception to that is the Avid Reader badge (previously only available in the Praetorian tutorial), which can now be gotten by a level 50 toon that has completed at least 1 Incarnate Trial by speaking with Prometheus in Ouroboros.
