No, I wonder what the purpose of this unit is because all they do is push every bug, tech question, problem to the forums. They should just post an OOF message and say go to the forums.

NO, about stuff I can't post about due to forum rules. This helpdesk is full of the sharpest people I ever seen. I've included screenshots about exploits but they refuse to fix them.

Heh, it might get you in trouble but if you post about the exploits on the forums I bet they'd fix them pretty quick then.

So, when you say 'helpdesk', are you referring to what we all call 'customer service' (i.e., the GMs) or 'quality assurance' (i.e., QA, or, the Arbiters)?
