Trouble setting Middle Mouse Button keymap

I'd like to use my middle mouse button to map to a Keymapping, but CoH does not recognize the keypress. I'm specifically trying to get it to map to the Rotate Camera keymap but having no success. Any thoughts on how I can get it to work?

Have you tried to map it via the keymapping UI the options menu? It should tell you exactly what name the game us giving that button.

Also is it a middle button or mouse wheel button press?

That's where I've been trying to set it, not via a bind command. It's a mouse wheel button press, not an actual button.

What action are you trying to bind to it, by the way?

The Rotate Camera keymap. No matter how much I click the button doesn't seem to recognize it.

The middle mouse button is mbutton, not button3. There is no button3. (lbutton, rbutton, mbutton, button4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

I'm starting to wonder if the button click on the mouse isn't functioning. None of these options have worked and the Options menu isn't registering anything.

I know CoH is the only program I've run that does not like the wheel click. I didn't have any problem setting it, but CoH was rarely able to register it being clicked.

@Doctor Gemini

Arc #271637 - Welcome to M.A.G.I. - An alternative first story arc for magic origin heroes. At Hero Registration you heard the jokes about Azuria always losing things. When she loses the entire M.A.G.I. vault, you are chosen to find it.

Mine worked fine until the patch today. Now the middle mouse button won't register (Naga gaming mouse).

I still can't get mine to work, and this was before today's patch. I've given up the ability to be able to rotate my camera angle around to see the front of my character. So long face...

Can't you just hold down the "Page Up" key whenever you want to rotate the camera like that? (Granted, it's more of a manual action than using a mouse button, but you don't have to "give up" the ability.)
