Please analyze my fire/psi/ice build
Just by looking at the global recharge you have, it'll be just shy of permahasten, which won't matter anyways. That is unless you use the spiritual alpha slot.

You can permahaste it if you use 5 doctored wounds and an acc in Drain Psyche. The base recovery from DP has always been enough for me.
I'd leave Sleet with just the proc and use the purple set in the power that's actually meant to do damage, Ice Storm. And if you're willing to lose a few little bonuses, I'd take the lockdown quad off char (you're permadom anyway) and put 4 heal/rech in hoarfrost to cap heal and recharge.
But very nice build overall, permahasten and capped defs aren't trivial to build for.
what about this? I left a lil global recharge off to better my holding ability with char and my pet's survivability and effectiveness. what do you think about the changes?

Made a few minor changes to your slotting but left power picks intact as I have no idea how you use them. Got hasten comfortably perm, while maintaining your defense (ok its like 44.96% but I can't imagine in any functional way it's going to matter).
You seemed to have a good bit of purples and I'm a huge fan of glad net on doms, so I didn't feel bad throwing that in there, its not really a expensive pvp set anyway. I'm not sure whats going on with your two travel powers with neither having a +stealth so I left those as is.
Might give you some ideas at least.
