NCsoft Launcher Virtual Store Issue & Fix

Just got this error this morning:
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
It asked me about removing the "Virtual Store" file, and now it won't let me [Repair] the issue.

Got this error right now, months after this sticky was posted. The fix doesn't help either. Was the problem never fixed or is it a new problem?
I am getting this error to. On a new install on a brand new computer. So I doubt the issue is having 2 installations unless the installer is doing something really strange.
No virtualstore or anything of the sort on my friends computer, so this won't fix his problem.
Ok I honestly don't know if this is the right place for this, I already did an in game petition, but I want to put something down on the forums too. I just bought 50.00 (fifty) dollars worth of paragon points and I should get 3 reward tokens I got my points but not my reward tokens, ok what do I do and who do I talk to about this.

This issue is no longer present (the Launcher has been updated to fix it) and this thread should be de-stickied.
edit: hahahaha. This was supposed to be in the report post box, not a reply box. The nice weather has boggled the brain.

We were told specifically in one of the Justice threads that being Sticky means that new posts in an old thread are not Necro Posts.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Ok, I'll try to remember that tid bit. :-p
We aware of the Virtual Store issue and will have a fix in an upcoming version of the NCsoft launcher.
This issue is caused when you have a copy of City of Heroes installed in the \VirtualStore\program files and C:\program files folders.
It can be fixed either by running the launcher as administrator once and accepting to remove the folder, or by manually going to the path the launcher is displaying and removing the directory.
