Endurance problems on Crabs?
Go Cardiac or suffer Endurance problems until the end of time.

Ageless will fix any endurance woes you may have. Failing that, Cardiac is roughly half as good and will most likely do the trick if your IOed out build has "standard" recovery (miracle, numina, and some small bonuses from sets while pursuing other things).
This.

And this is the good news I was hoping for
British by act of union, English by grace of God, Northern by pure good fortune!
Musculature Radial T4 ~= 0.10 to 0.15 eps
Cardiac Core T4 ~= 1.0 eps
Ageless +Recovery T4 ~= 2.4 eps
For defense I prefer Cardiac with Rebirth +Regeneration
For offense I prefer Musculature Core with Ageless +Recovery
Yeah, use cardiac until you get access to ageless t4. As was said, toggles don't kill us even before cardiac, its just we have so many fast refreshing attacks.

The reason for this is because the primary difference between the T3/T4 alpha's is how much of it ignores ED - the actual enhancement value provided is the same depending on which one you crafted. Most folks do not ED cap end reduction in their powers, so they tend to get the full benefit of the T3 cardiac. However, most folks DO ED cap their damage - so they get a lot less benefit from the T3 musculature. Getting a T3 is easy - getting a T4 takes a serious time investment, whether you are crafting it with shards + notices or threads + trial drops.
So, if you want to eventually kit yourself out with the T4 musculature + Ageless, I would suggest starting with a T3 cardiac - its easier to get than you would think as the cardiac uses a lot of Gra'i matter, which you can buy with Vanguard merits (one good Rikti ship raid and you will have enough for 2-4 Gra'i matter). I generally suggest running one ITF or LGTF which should give you 1 of the components you need for the cadiac common + enough shards for the second, the third is a gra'i matter. Then you can either switch to trials and build the uncommon with threads or continue with TF's. The rare is easy - 1 weekly strike force for the notice and then 8 shards.
That should take care of your endurance woes and give you a nice range boost (for cardiac core) or damage resistance boost (cardiac radial). Then you can get into the serious work of opening up your other 4 incarnate slots.

I run Musculature as a leadership gun crab. I dont use Ageless. My endurance isn't a huge problem. I'm not at 100 all the time but what would be the point of that? Grab +END accolades and slot some end redux. Should be fine.
Currently on Virtue:
Jinrazuo - Crab Spider
RWZ All-Pylon Solo Run
Musculature T3 gives 45% and half ignores ED. That's 22.5% + 22.5% under ED, ending up around +~25.5% damage enhancement on capped damage attacks.
Musculature T4 gives 45% and two thirds ignore ED. That's 30% + 15% under ED, ending up around +~32.5% damage enhancement on capped damage attacks.
That means the T4 is merely 27% better than the T3, or in other words, gives a 7% damage enhancement over it. Hardly a reason to claim one gives a significant advantage and the other doesn't, if you ask me.
I am only level 43 at the moment but I have had a Miracle and a Numina unique for ages and still have very bad endurance issues, especially when summoning pets!
I can only see this getting worse as I hit 50 and move towards perma-Hasten so is the only way of coping with it just pacing your attacks?
The build I am looking at is below and I want Muscalature Alpha rather than Cardiac though I will consider Ageless Destiny but do you all build towards endurance reduction or just put up with it? Or am I making too much of the problem?
Also any build comments would be appreciated
