You can buy them with the 400 Paragon Points you get per month as a subscriber

The Booster Pack stuff will probably be purchasable with Paragon Points. If you're a VIP you get the free points, so your suggestion is already being implemented, I guess.

You'll probably be able to pick up the whole of the Wedding Pack (since there are no powers) and probably a couple Party Pack emotes off of just one month's points.
The point remains, you get to choose what you want. If you want just the Wedding Tux and the Air Guitar emote and don't care about what's in the rest of the packs, then you'll have plenty of points leftover to spend elsewhere.

Also, it was mentioned on the ustream chat yesterday that there would be a discount if you took the entire pack then just ala cart.

So with Freedom coming out now and VIPs getting some cool bonuses like Paragon Points, how about giving VIPs the Party and Wedding packs for free? If not free at least a reduced rate. Thoughts?
