Posi has replied to this point in the giant thread, I pointed out the same thing and he said if you've been a long term subscriber it's likely you'd have them unlocked automatically if you lapsed to Premium.

"likely" and "long term" weren't defined though, so no idea of the nuts and bolts of how it's going to work.

It'd be nice if they let you keep the ATs if you actually purchased CoH/CoV rather than receiving one along with the other. After all, access to the 5 basic ATs per game was one of the features of the boxes.
