E-mail client NEVER counts my money right.
This has not happened to me. Then again, I don't do a "rolling accumulation". It seems that you claim the inf that you send on one character, and then immediately send out all the inf the character has, including the stuff that was just claimed, to another character.
I just send what the character has, then switch to the next character and send what that character has without claiming from email, and so on, until I get to the character to whom I'm sending all this inf. Then I claim everything.
It's possible there's a rounding bug that's being introduced through this "rolling accumulation" that isn't there when you just send.
Okay, I think the e-mail of inf costs a few inf.
I've tried sending the entirety of a character's inf stores before and had it tell me I don't have enough inf.
But when I send like 100 inf less than total, I wind up with less than 100 inf.

It's the inconsistency that makes me think that this is a bug.

It must be a bug somewhere, because I have never had a problem stripping a character to 0 inf. First I confirm how much the character has either by opening up the Character ID or by opening up the Recipes menu and checking the number.
Then I send exactly that amount. Never had a problem doing that. So it makes me wonder where this bug is happening.
Like Starcloud, I've never had the problem; but then I've never sent more than about 10M.
It's probably a rounding error due to a poor implementation of the accounting with large numbers. I'd bug it.

Whenever I send an email with money in it, the total is ALWAYS wrong. For example, just now, I was consolidating the Inf on a few characters. The current character claimed the email, putting him at 485,761,152 Inf. I tried to send myself an email for 485,761,150 and got the popup saying that I didn't have enough Inf to send the mail. I reduced the amount to 485,761,140 and the email sent... leaving me with 7 Inf.
This has happened to me EVERY time I have sent money in an email - the amount I send plus the amount I'm left with NEVER adds up to the amount I started with. It's usually a very small difference, and I'm always shorted.
Is there an undocumented fee for sending Inf via mail, or is this a bug? I worry that, if it's a bug, that one day, someone will have a much larger amount skimmed than just the 5 Inf I lost here, and it may have already have happened - maybe even unnoticed.
To test, I just sent myself another email, this one with only 1 Inf attached, and I was left with the expected amount - 6 Inf. It seems the "skimming" only happens with large amounts. Maybe it's a rounding error somewhere?
