Tuesday/Thursday are out for me personally (other static teams), but I'm open all day Sunday/Monday (my weekend) and Wed/Fri/Sat after 7ET.

A question about the starting date, when did you intend to begin this? Just whenever you had enough people signed up? I'm interested in joining in on this, but can't really commit until June has ended. I imagine you'll have enough people sign up for this, but should the plans be to start after June anyway, or someone drop out, I'd be happy to take a spot.

If this gets rolling I'll bring an Ice/Cold corruptor, mostly because I have a great name, costume, concept, and most importantly, no significant experience with either set.

I guess so. I totally thought we were starting in Praetoria for some reason. I'll try to switch before we start and shut off xp 'til the rest catch up.

I can just as easily roll as a defender if it is blueside, which would save me rushing to switch, or you altering your concept. Aside from losing scourge and gaining improved debuff values, there wouldn't really be much change from corruptor to defender.

I'd be up for this! Depending on who else joins up, I'd probably end up making either a TA/A Defender or a Axe/WP Brute, whichever would be needed more. But either way, count me in on this for sure. =D

<- just realized that July 1 is not this Friday.
That said my character may or may not change drastically by then. I will rule out Tanker and Controller, as that's what I'm playing in my other static groups.
Edit: That said I took my corruptor to level 9 in preparation for the switch to blue side.

I'm new to the boards, but I'm down. I have been thinking about the concept for a couple of days, actually. Pardon my noob-ness, but couldn't we start in Praetoria in character as the recon group on a mission to reconnoiter specifics about the Praetorians' offensive/defensive capabilities? My military experience, while limited, could prove useful after all, lol.

Thinking of doing another stalker for this. Probably ninja or spec-ops themed. Either works for an extradimensional recon team. Since the concept, at least to me, makes sense form the standpoint of "going undercover in either resistance or loyalist to collect information," everyone can play to their individual strengths, and the team would be as effective as any other. We get the variety of archetypes, logical reason for starting in Praetoria, and the ability to form an effective team without having to cater exclusively to idealistic concept. Or at least that's how my mind makes sense of it.
Despite the fact that I'm also trying to start another static team (clearly) do note that I'm still totally in for this. And I totally have a character idea already. =D
Now that summer's (nearly) here, I have time to waste, and I've recently started RPing. I'd heard a lot about static teams, and it seemed like a lot of fun.
So, when I was making the bio for Darenix, and he became a leader of a team, it was just crying for attention.
For those who don't want to go and read it (fer shame. :P), the group is a special recon group funded by the military in an alternate dimension, who would be sent on task much like in-game missions when they were free. Themewise, it could be very loose. From un-dead zombie, to mage, to robot and anywhere in between.
Ideally, we would meet twice a week, starting at level 1 on blue side.
Friday and Saturday at 7 central, starting July first.
