You're entitled to your opinion even when it's wrong. I don't farm 50's so I have no use for purples. The only reason I have two 50's on my account was so I could unlock the epic AT's back before they dropped the level requirement to 20. So the inf I get from regular drops is more than enough to outfit my alts with anything I want. The rest gets converted to prestige.

The only thing sad in this thread is your refusal to pay attention to what you are deleting.

For the OP and for anyone else, after selling a purple to a vendor one time I took one simple precaution. If in mish and/or upon exiting a mish, I take 10 seconds and just email it to my own @global. It's saved me many future errors and headaches.

Can we at least get the prompts we have to stay turned off before we get more? I die a little inside every time the useful salvage or listing fee warning come up yet again.

That might be a bug. Sometimes it happens to me and sometimes they stay disabled. But they all start out as on as their default setting when creating a new character.

Hardly applicable in this scenario. If you're so reckless that someone needs to mitigate your recklessness, then you're being irresponsible. That's pretty cut and dry, no offense.

I already offered you a suggestion as to a viable way to avoid such incidents. There is no further need for prompts, those already in place are sufficient. It really just has as much to do with think before you act as it does think before you speak.

Again, just take 10 seconds and email them to your @Global while you have them in your possession. After that, it's pretty much you not taking preventative measures. It's more about the operator and not the game. Just sayin'

Sorry didn't read all the "hate" but do / sign this. I don't see this as a problem since majority of MMO's and a few RPG' s (torchlight, dragonage, and fable series) allow for a companion to go sell "junk" to the vendor. I'm sure if torchlight devs can code it then surely the devs here could give a option for it in the settings.
