I would start by lowering all your settings from very high to the lowest possible and slowly work back up till you find a sweet spot that your system can handle. I currently run at medium settings and it helped reduce the lag. I know shadows and environmental reflections were the ones dragging me down.

Nice rig you have there. It should do quite well on 24 person BAFs.
I think Hot's suggestion is a good place to start, lower gfx settings.

Please post the results of this:
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

Hello!
Recently I've been experiencing huge lag on the trials. Yesterday I may have discovered that it's only when I play my MM and have my pets out (Thugs/Poison), but I'm still testing (any thoughts on that are welcome). In the meantime I'm looking for any suggestions to help out with the lag.
I get lag almost entirely through each trial, with extreme lag (to the point of mapserver disconnects) in the escapee phase. Also, it seems like it gets worse the more I play. I'm a casual player trying to drink the trial kool-aid but this makes it very difficult.
- I use Soluto to monitor what's loading on my system at startup, and I don't run with anything in the background.
- Suppressclosefxdist is set to 99.
- I think Show Buffs is disabled.
Any suggestions would be welcome!
