You might also want to run some searches on this forum to see who has bought 51 and up HOs. It's a fair amount of work, but you might be surprised if you sent someone a tell and you have exactly what they are looking for.
You have a rare item, but one that is really not that useful to many who frequent this forum, IMHO. A level 53 Enzyme would have them knocking down your doors. And we are snarky. It's in the by-laws. But don't let that bother you and good luck with your sale!
