I'm curious what her Origin is. Starting there is usually how I start working on a concept and back story for my characters.
I don't know what packs you have, but if you have the new Steampunk one your concept could be as simple as being a time-travelling steampunk badass. Zipping through time, kicking villainous butt in all your 19th century Victorian glory. Most importantly, it works for just about any Origin.
your = Belonging to you.
you're = Contraction meaning "You are."
Ur = The name of an ancient Mesopotamian city.
ur = This is not a word.

My very first toon ever generated was a green skinned She-Hulk type, martian princess what have you named after the DS9 character Jadzea... the only thing I kept of her was her sex, height (maxed the slider), glam hair, class - tank, archetype - mutant. She is now my namesake, as her SS/INV build was meant to be Superman like... when Lady Justice was taken, I went with Judgement... her Spiderwoman costuming has come from the idea of an old friend that has stuck... I've only recently changed her from the classic red, yellow and black to just the black and white, but everything else has stuck concept wise which I came up with to explain her height - 88 year old retired Judge + Secret Government Stolen Rikti Tech = 8ft hot Super Babe...
So my advise to you is to find a short one line explanation for her blue skin, and roll with it. Just keep building on that, the costumes that make more sense will come after... good luck!

off the top of my head, you could do anything alien
Alien government agent
Alien Princess
Alien Bounty hunter
Alien explorer
Alien cleaning service
Alien supermodel
OR you could do the cold planet root.
Also, from the origin of 'Magic', she could be:
Modern Djinnia Punk
Ice Giant
Water Elemental
Jolly Green (er, Blue!) Giant
Nightcrawler's big, buff, sister.
Inter-dimensional vagabond/mercenary/police/enforcer/ranger
Anything 'Princess', of course.

I could! ... But none of those are really sticking with me. I might just have to do away with the blue entirely. I think I'm centered more around the "8' tall Elec/Dark Tanker" basis for the concept, now - ttrying to find some explanation for those that I'm actually *excited* to play with. So far, it's just a big ol' blank.
Edit: Ah! I think I might be on to something, finally. How about the extra-large wife of an old-time "Big Game" hunter:
... Who was, I say, whisked away by dreadful native vermin who mistook her for some sort of blasted Goddess of theirs (not that she was without the temper to match such a thing!)? ...
And then, perhaps, given/taught her powers by said tribe, who believed her to be the physical incarnation of their Storm deity - and somehow plunked into (or survived 'till) the modern age? I'll have to give it some more thought, but I think this one just might have some merit.
Yer gonna change her name to, "Jumanji" ?
I suppose that story makes as much sense as anything...
She could also be a statuesque young lady from Alabama (or Texas), who was tragically eaten up by a dust-devil...
Except, she didn't give up, but instead she grabbed that ol' devil, wrastled him down, and ate him up instead!
She landed in the Mississippi and floated down to the bayous where an old voudun taught her how to harness the devil in her belly and ride it like an Orisha.
And she had many strange and improbable adventures, before she finally arrived in Paragon City.

Neh. I've already got *one* Southern-themed character. That's enough for anybody, I think. As for the name... 'Jumanji'? I get the feeling I've become the **** of something that went waaaay over my poor little head. I'd give her a *name*, not a movie reference.
If she's Natural/Magic and blue... well, that suggests a member of the faery to me. Years and years ago there used to be this shared universe of stories called Borderlands or Bordertown where elves and humans mixed. You had punk rock elves and biker elves and all kinds of cool, weird mash-ups like those. Just do a riff on that: a warrior elf who's adopted some of the ways of humans. Her "human" guise can just be a glamour she puts on people, and everyone under the spell see her as a regular person. Tall, but human.
Ah, here it is: The Borderland Series.

In the movie Jumanji, there's a big game hunter out to kill the main character, looks just like the cartoon you posted... no offense meant... and Borderlands was a lot of fun to play, some great characters in there too...

I don't always play Tankers, but when I do... I reroll as a Brute shortly thereafter.

Okay, okay! Lame jokes aside... I do, at least, have lots of trouble coming up with concepts for them. Part of this may be my obsession with wanting to play a seven-to-eight-feet tall meatshield. Part of it may be the odd set combinations I come up with to try and keep me interested in the archetype.
I've finally hit on something that might be a favorite, in terms of powersets (Elec Armor/Dark Melee with a cloudy hue)... but even at level thirty-five, I just can't seem to land on any one concept idea that really 'sticks', for me.
And these just in the past few levels! I've run the gamut from blue-skinned, storm-wielding alien to something a little more... brawler-ish... to something a bit more tech-based, and all the way to some sort of avian elf who had a very disturbing 'woopsie!' before being retrofitted with the latest in old-era-style cybernetic replacements for lost... parts. And all sorts and shapes in-between!
Nothing's really hitting home, though, and so I'd like to turn to the forum base and beg for some fresh ideas or input on the old ones to help me keep this one going!
