So this is my current build for him, but I can't seem to figure out which incarnate route to hit. Any suggestions?

That all really depends on you. Your playstyle and/or any issues you have with your character (such as survivability). Of course, those types of things mainly effect Destiny and Interface. Lore and Judgement you can pick whatever and be stronger for it (Judgement could be picked according to playstyle, too, as they are differing AoE types). Unfortunately, none of the alpha trees offer your build any significant improvements, so you can pick whichever you'd like. I'd say Musculature to enhance your attacks that don't have any damage enhancement or are under ED caps. Or you could core cardiac for the +range.

Based on your build, alone, I'll make the following suggestions:
Alpha: Musculature or Cardiac
Judgement: Pyronic
Destiny: Barrier
Lore: Any
Interface: Reactive

SG: Guadians of Paragon - VG: Paragon's Darkness
The Usual Suspects: Fimboolvetr (Icer Tank), Tsukiyomi (Mind/Psi/Ice Dom), Smiting Dragon (Dm/Sr Scrap), Widow Mortis (NW)
Up and Comers: Ameterasu (Km/Reg Scrap), Arrhymian (Elec/Nin Stalk), TDMKII (Bot/Traps MM)

I'm going to second the comment about going with what playstyle works for you, but I'll tell you what I picked on my permadom Plant/Fire/Fire. Just by glancing at your build, I'm guessing you're permadom as well.

Alpha: Cardiac. Why? You're fire with plenty of attacks to cycle through, which typically has higher endo usage. Even with permadom that endo bar can drop. (Been there, done that, have the t-shirt here). Cardiac lessens that significantly, and the range boost doesn't hurt either.

Judgement: I went Pyronic to be thematic. Unless you're spending all your time in melee range, then Void isn't for you.

Lore: Any pet would work here. I decided to go Seers, but that was also before the announcement of Lore pet additions.

Destiny: Either Barrier or Ageless would work IMO. I went barrier on my dom.

Interface: Any one would work here - Reactive isn't as appealing as it used to be for fire.

Huron: "...with Coffee primary / Attitude secondary"
Charnage: "Please. Think of the poor defenseless desks."

Does interface still proc for pet attacks? If so, with Creepers, this is still a pretty good choice. I have it on my Plant/Fire/Fire and between pet attacks (if it still works, Audrey & Creepers) and my fast attack chain for ST's (Blaze, Blast, Incin) I am liking it.

I don't believe so, but I could be wrong on this.

No offense but Ageless takes care of all your end problems so there's no need for Cardiac unless you want the other features of cardiac. I would go Spiritual or Musculature.

This is true. Moreso if you have the perma version in the Very Rare tier.
