I don't think any regeneration bonus you might get would matter compared to Rebirth and/or Regen Aura/AB/Heals from emps - the set bonuses are much smaller. I'd think max HP would help more.

Taunt, HP, Regen and EOEs are the key elements to tanking in a Hamidon raid. How much you really need depends on whether you're on yellow taunt or tanking Hamidon. Yellow taunt can get by on SOs and EOEs, so I wouldn't bother making a special build for this. Just use your normal PVE build and you'll be fine. If you want to tank Hamidon, then I'd recommend building for +HP and +Regen, which you should be doing anyway on a WP/* Tanker. A solid PVE build will do just fine, assuming any sort of support from teammates.

Hi everybody,
I'd like to know whether it'd be a good idea to create a second build for my WP/DB tanker who intends to visit that world's largest unicellular organism, the Hamidon. (I heard that the Pasadena family has severed all ties to him after that Tanya incident, so I guess it's okay to leave out his last name?)
Of course he won't go alone; we're putting together a full league for the visit. There will be five or six tanks, and we will have several empathy defenders. But while I've participated in a few Hamidon raids I've never yet done so as a tank.
Right now the character is slotted for defense set bonuses. AFAIK defense doesn't really help against Hamidon, though, so I was thinking about building for regeneration instead. Would that help? Or would you suggest yet another approach? Do set bonuses even matter against that enemy?
