Dark Melee question
On a scrapper, not really, but then it's not a damage power and you shouldn't be slotting it as such, it's an End Recovery power that happens to do damage in the same way that Soul Drain is a Dmg/ToHit buff power that happens to do damage.

Thanks just what I needed to know, it's completely skippable for me.
Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?
Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?
Woohoo, just Soloed an AV at 22. Granted, he was lvl 21, but I did it. No temps, no insps. Doc Delilah was there though. Once I figure out where the picture is saved to, I will post it up.

I take it even if I don't need the end recovery. It will accept PBAoE IO sets, which is something Dark Melee doesn't get much of if you skip Shadow Maul and Dark Consumption. I usually slot 4 Eradication in it and just leave it at that.

Yeah, my DM/SD has DC 6 slotted with Oblits.
The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.
For me I look at it in a few ways
1. As said before its a great place for PBAOE sets
2. I like to use it for the occasional end boost (typically to offset the OwtS crash) mine isn't slotted for any end mod but I am typically surrounded so it gets me a full bar
3. Frankly I just don't get many AOE's and while its not much for dmg, its better than nothing
I added DC back into my builds once Fitness became inherent. Yes, we can build for complete endurance efficiency, since it's a great IO mule anyways, why not build for less endurance efficiency and focus on other bonuses.
I use it primarily as an AoE follow up to Soul Drain, but recharge on DC makes it out of question on and realistic AoE attack chain. If you build for recharge, you'd be surprised how often you get to use it.
If slotted up, does Dark Consumption ever deal good damage, or at least halfway decent? Or should I just skip it entirely?
