Weird graphics bugs: transparent skirts, boots, jackets...

"some costume parts"
Okay, which ones?
What ATI card?
What drivers?
As Ironblade said, screenshots would be helpful.
FWIW, I'm on an ATI 4850 with some driver version that I haven't checked in a while, and I see no transparent costume parts, but I may be looking at the wrong parts or with the wrong drivers. Even with the wrong card.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

For example I see the Wentworths vendors with the skirt transparent. Some contacts with trenchcoats too, Witch boots too, but are only transparent from knee to feet.
Im using ATI Radeon HD 4650 1 GB DDR2, Catalyst 11.5...
There is an 11.5b hotfix driver available. I haven't looked through the list of what hotfix A or B resolved, but it might be worth a try.
Obviously, with 2 quick hotfixes, there was something wrong.
I know Tex will likely hate me for saying this, but there are reasons I don't immediately install the newest and latest driver for my graphics card.

I uninstalled Ati components and everything, then instaled Catalyst 11.4, just with the drivers and seems to be working as always.
I guess it was a bug from 11.5.
Maybe is an ATI bug, but I see some costume parts transparent.
Anyone else?
