Are you married to having Summon Disruptor and Web Coccoon? IMO much better to swap them out for Amplify and Assault. How about Shockwave? Acrobatics? The end crashing Nuke?
I'm not sure what powers you wanna keep on your build for both your playing style (are you a solo toon or a teaming toon?) and your theme. If you can tell me what powers you can switch over, or if you really want all the powers you have in the build above I can work out a build for you.

I like the concept. I might have to alt again. The epic mastery powers I would take would be blue-side dark mastery for the buildup, stun, and endurance replacement, esp for nuking
I like superspeed with shadow fall since you get 'ghetto invisibility' with the two powers, but if you put a jumping stealth in combat jump it works the same.

I guess the reason i went with combat jumping is just what i'm used to lol, but that in itself is open for removal as well.
Here's a Defender Version I did for someone else, just swap it around a bit for the Corruptor.
Solid Defense, Solid Resist, Likely a bit of a bind between 30 and 41 as far as endurance goes, but once you get to 47 or 50 you'll be golden again.
Cardiac is implied in the slotting. You may need to slot several things slightly differently while leveling.
For Instance: DE/DER/D and RE/RER/R in the toggles until you get your endurance management powers, then you can swap to DE/DR/D+ and RE/RR/R
I balanced Defense and Resist, with FC resist being the only major weakness, but the strongest defense by a couple of points.
I balanced Fear and -To-hit, for Fearsome Stare.
I balanced -To-hit and Healing for Fluffy.
I had to choose between Dark AoE Control, Sonic AoE Control, Sonic Stun, Dark Holds, or Nuke. I chose Nuke and Dark Control, since the Sonic control would only be useful solo, and I've never really needed the stuns or holds for myself as I try to build to be sturdy enough to not need them.
I didn't go Scorpion for endurance management reasons, and with all your -to-hit, it shouldn't be needed.
I did go Mu over Power, or the extra endurance management and steadier overall resist/defense.
If I were to go another APP it would be Power with CP, FON, and Vengeance.
It all comes down to the question of how badly do you need Power Sink and Energy Resist ? If you can live without Power Sink, and 30 Energy Resist is enough for you, then I'd go with FoN. But, This is a pretty endurance hungry build, and Energy Damage is very prevalent in some higher level content. Tough Call.

DE/DER/D = Defense/Endurace , Defense/Endurance/Recharge, Defense; Invention Origin Enhancments. "Luck of the Gambler" in this case.
DE/DR/D+ = Defense/Endurance, Defense/Recharge, Defense Global +Recharge IOs; Invention Origin Enhancments.
RE/RER/R = Resist/Endurance , Resist/Endurance/Recharge, Resist; Invention Origin Enhancments. "Aegis" in this case.
RE/RR/R = Resist/Endurance, Resist/Recharge, Resist; Invention Origin Enhancments.
FC resist = Fire / Cold Resist; Toxic and Psy resists are always weak, and so I didn't mention either of those as they are (almost) always weaknesses. The Fire/Cold weakness is significant. In this case you get some psy resist and no Toxic. The Psy resist bonus is significant.
CP = Conserve Power
FoN = Force of Nature
I'm pretty sure Clarion (perma mez protection) will be a given, and in turn Cardiac Partial Radial (Endurance, Resistance, Fear) is a given in this build.
Otherwise You'll need Ageless +Recovery, and whatever. Probably Musculature.
I really feel like Clarion would be the better choice.
hrm, only problem is defender has diff powers available at different levels than corruptor.. so how would you suggest i alter it to fit corr?
Typically, you would just pull up mids and put the powers in the same order/priority. If a power gets pushed back due to requirements, another will come forward in it's place automatically. When you're done to you double check it for sanity. There are sets where it's not that simple, because of changes between ATs, but it will work for 9 out of 10 builds.
IMO, sonic blast gains little from being a Corruptor, unlike say Ice or Fire. Sonic Blast gains quite a bit of -resistance from the defender side. Call it -45 Resist vs -60 resist when stacked on a target. The difference in -resist and vigilance makes up for any difference in offense due to scourge, and adds more endurance when teamed. Dark Miasma loses a bit Corruptor Side, but your defense toggles close that gap. All in all, IMO, I'd go Defender or Evil Defender for this combo.

nice, quick question tho.. why no travel power?
Short answer: travel powers are really not needed.
Longer answer: Hover or (Combat Jumping + Hurdle +Sprint + GVE Jump) has been sufficient for my needs. Other Temp travel powers are available everywhere these days. Fly Packs in GVille and PI, etc. Also, you have to give something up for that travel power, which key defensive or offensive power do you want to give up ?
Ok, so I changed some powers around and came up with two variations of the build. I tried to make both builds as cheap as I could without actually breaking the build. There are things like Numi/Miracle uniques and LotG 7.5s, but those should be easily obtainable via the use of Reward merits and Allignment merits.
I kept Siren's Song and Shockwave since they're both great tools for solo play. Siren's song so you can sleep a mob and pick them off one by one, and Shockwave as an "Oh, ****" button to throw off some mobs off you. I dropped the Nuke, since in all honesty I think the sonic Nuke especially is very lacking. All it does is piss the mob off, lol. I also switched your travel power from Super Jump to Super Speed. Simply to save you having to buy a Celerity or Unbounded Leap stealth IO to slot in Sprint. Super Speed + Shadow Fall, or Sprint (with Stealth IO) + Shadow Fall = great stealth. So you can stealth to glowies/clickies/boss and the such, or sneak up on a mob without them noticing you so you can open with Siren's Song. If the Stealth IO is easily obtainable to you as well (2 allignment merits) you can simply just swap around Hasten and Combat Jumping and put Super Jump back in.
First has 34% Ranged defence should extend your survivability by quite a bit. 20% To everything else as well, then you have 45% Resistance to smashing and lethal as well. Nice recharge, too.

Second is very similar to the first. But this one has softcapped Smashing, Lethal, and Energy defence in exchage of losing your resist based epic shield. Plus Ranged defence does down a wee bit. More recharge on this build, though:

I am making a character based on the concept of a banshee, she is Sonic/Dark corr, and i am a bit lost on how to build her and slot her powers, could someone please help me? all the builds i find are all pretty outdated.
