Have you done the alignment/morality missions to take your Tanker from Hero > Vigilante > Villain? Once your Tanker is a villain, you can do one of the Patron Arcs to unlock the villain epic pools. Then when you go to respec, the powers from Soul Mastery will be available to your Tanker.

Perfectly good to go. Once you unlock one of the patron powers you'll have access to all of them. Most go with Black Scorpions arc I believe.

Yeah you'd have to finish about half of ghost's arc to go with the soul epic.
Yup and if u go back u can get a badge for full circle.
And you'll get a free respec! It shouldn't matter whose patron arc you do, completing one makes all the PPPs available.
I work at night so I'm in a somewhat dense brain fog this time of (morning to some/night to others) So......since I already have a patron power I didn't want, I go vill side, just respec I can automatically take soul mastery then work my way back through the tip system back to hero side. Or do I still have to do the arcs? ya'll got a funky system on the vill side......

Edit : And if you already have completed the patron arc and respec, you can choose from any of the four patron pools and the four "hero" pools.

A friend built a dm/da/soul tank build for me that looked awesome in mid's. When I went to respec my toon SHAD0W. I followed the build plan step by step until I got to the epic powers. The only choices I was given were Ice, Fire, Earth and Energy mastery. No Soul Mastery why not? I can't find anything in the forums using search. The closest thing I got is dm/da/soul brute.
