Any way to add Test Server to NCsoft Installer?

Installed and login tonight. Got my best speeds yet in the ncsoft installer. About 1900 kbps.
I'm having a problem with those instructions. The Launcher just keeps downloading the client over and over and over and never actually installing it. Can any help me fix this issue?

Main Villain: Kerry Astrid - Fire/Cold Corruptor
I would suggest running as Admin, that is usually what happens to me on patch days, until I remember to right click.
Also you can speed up the process considerably by killing the launcher once the initial install portion is over and it's begun downloading.
Kill the launcher and the download.
Copy the contents of your main CoH folder into the newly created test folder.
Delete any .checksum files.
Restart the the launcher for Test. Allow it to patch what's there.
This way you wind up with a patch that takes minutes instead of an install that takes hours.

Yeah, I'm aware of this. That was how I first installed the test server. But NCSoft launcher refused to update it after I upgraded from the old launcher, so I tried a clean install, which also didn't work.

Your last comment is an IP port issue. I had that problem with DCUO when I played it. One of the IP ports was being blocked and couldn't finish the download and it reinstalled/redownloaded for a whole day till I figured it out.

Well this is a dumb question. I tried it again with the same results. Not sure how to deal with this IP port thingy on a basic Windows environment..any tips would be appreciated x(

Oh and if you already had NA/EU test server listed they are now identical so either will access test.

My problem is that whenever the download is "done", it never finishes and starts installing. It simply reverts to 0% and starts downloading all over again endlessly. It just never complets lol even after a few times of reaching 100% download.

I tried to download this yesterday and it is taking forever. Any way I can add this to the NCSOFT installer for a faster download to my computer?
I've installed the default folder CohTest. Can you add something to the installer so we can add it maybe in a future update?
