GGOOC does seem to be open, though. I had no trouble joining that one with my new stalker.

Due to recent issues that may/may not have promted a certian post that may/may not have promted this post, Union RP is temporerally set to private.
It should go back to public soon enough though, until then ask for an invite via /t or on GGOOC I guess.

Currently @Ly. @Kallandra and @Zortel are okay to handle invites, but as said we should be back to open soon enough.
