Exceedingly difficult. Would likely result in taking a hit to personal defense numbers.

At which point depending on how you use the toon all the force in the world to multiply is still zero if you are laying on the ground dead.

This is about the best I could swing together that would still have offense levels at where I'd want them to be.

Perma PA (not ideal slotting, but oh well).

*just essentially sub in scorp if that's the way you want to go, then it would be perma spider and just shy of ranged softcap.

The pvp proc means I'd probably play this toon 3% shy of this build more than likely.

Not bad, I could really care less about the ranged soft cap... but again, same as the build before, You are taking GI's unsuppressed defense into account... which doesn't matter.... The only time defense matters is when your attacking and being attacked. GI grants 2% defense when suppressed. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. All in all, I like the build. Good job Frosty.



Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

OK. So I worked on my build some more... If I can shave one more second off of PA (and have a slot extra to put back in Hasten) than I can go musculature instead of Spiritual. Any one see something that can be added?

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

After looking at the two builds Side by side, I sacrifice more damage to get the recharge so that I can use the Musculature than the damage gain from using it.
