The big robots are very handy on the Tin Mage and Apex TF's. That's why I've been saving up VG merits. I went through about a thousand one night a few weeks ago buying Heavy Cores for those 2 TF's on a Master of Run. Also, you can spend 500 VG merits to get the holding sack (whatever it's called) for more salvage.

Just wanted to throw this in, I've never been on a Hami raid. The only thing of Hami I've seen is the "weakened" one in LGTF.

And they're still good for the vanguard satchel (holds extra salvage). And my little MVAS needs a big brother to look after him. Plus you can buy Gr'ai Matters which convert directly to shards.

I'm one of the co-leads for Protector's Rush the Rikti ship raid events every Wednesday and I've led various PUG raids successfully in the past as well.

I haven't been on a Hami raid since issue 9.
