There may not be much with DB/WP because they're pretty straightforward. Take everything in WP but the last two. I can honestly understand the self rez better than I can the Crash with a non-needed buff beforehand.
I've not played DB in a few years, didn't like the combos, but I think you take everything there too. Except confront. Not to diss due to the -75% range, but I'll never take this on a scrapper.
You shouldn't have any issues getting five defense powers to put your LotG in.
Here's my kat/wp asbuilt. Not the most amazing thing, but she's unkillable w/o a def debuff [but hey, if someone's carrying a katana, they are a defense god in their teens]
I'm aware she's not capped, cause I'm also aware she has RttC.
[Edit: holy crap, I didn't realize how ghetto she was. Need to fix that.]
[Edit 2: Oh, she's ghetto because the bonuses pale in comparison to her powers. Why build for anything but rech?]

This is an EXPENSIVE build but it is the one I am running currently and I can do more than most tankers out there. I love this character and it can take a lickin and keep on tickin! I did not take a travel power, as I feel Ninja run can move me well enough and it doesn't take a power choice away from me. Let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy!

In my opinion, between Rise to the Challenge's regeneration levels, even more regen from set bonuses, willpower's inherent resists, and even the smallish -to hit buff from RttC, it's not AS critical to softcap a WP scrapper compared to some other secondaries.
Like with horseshoes and hand grenades, sometimes just being close to the softcap is quite good enough.

I went back several pages about a build idea for this AT set and other than an old guide (i.e.- prior to inherent fitness), I got nothing.
I've been a melee AT person, for the most part. My main hero is a tank, my main villain is a widow, and then I have an elec/shield scrapper and a SS/SR Brute and an all melee Bane.
BUT, each of these handles soft-capping differently, and I would really like my gentleman of leisure, Viscount du Lac, NOT spend too much time faceplanting. He's relatively hardy now, with just SOs at lvl 38, but I would like to see people's ideas on how to do this as efficiently as possible.
I reckon a few caveats... I want to take all the primary powers, except the taunt, and I don't have anything AGAINST the tier 9 willpower ability, but I haven't taken it, yet... Also, I am not married to any of the pool powers, but I would like a travel power that is not TP or fly.
So, I assume combat jumping, maneuvers, and weave will be essential in the build, no?
