Is there anyone else playing non-50 content on weekday evenings?

I have come to the conclusion that I loathe the trial grinding that is the new way the Devs want us to play.

However, I seem to be in the minority on Infinity as last night I could not find six people to start a Moonfire TF. Are there any players out there running the regular content? I would like to finish off what I started and get all of my characters to 50, before my account lapses in August. I usually play on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons.

Heck if other players are having the same trouble, I may make a global channel for non-incarnate trial team forming on Infinity.

Firstly, I'm surprised to hear that since:
1) Moonfire is the WST this week.
2) Someone on my global list was recruiting for Moonfire on global channels last night and had a full team very quickly. I did not join because I was going to be logging off soon.

To answer the question in your title, yes. I play in a regularly scheduled villain group every Tuesday evening. The same SG does heroes on Thursday evenings, which I sometimes join. I run a task force for my SG every Friday evening. Two weeks ago we did run Incarnate trials, but 90% of the time it's non-50 content.

We don't need new global channels for non-trial teams. We have multiple such channels already. Are you using them? I would recommend (and am on):

There's definitely still non-50 and non-Incarnate things going on out there, even though the bulk of the playerbase (at least appears to be) focused on the new trials. Just last night I ran a Sister Psyche TF. I even saw an Eden trial form this week.

It wont be as easy as usual to pull players from the new shiny yet (that'll change as time goes on I'm sure), but it's certainly doable. Keep using your resources, connections, global channels, /search, and even consider asking around for some anchors if you can't find quite enough players to start the TF you want to do. Story arcs, AE, and scanners are always there too, with no minimum player requirements. Also keep an eye out for MSCat's weekly TFs if you're available early on Saturday afternoons.

Well I'll be trying again in an hour or two. I'm not a member of the channels Ironblade recommended, but I will consider joining and recruiting in the badge channels for TFs, as they do have badges.

I certainly won't be playing on any other server. It may have just been a slow night last night. Besides, after 82 months I'm not going to be playing on another server for my final three.
