Well I'd offer you a spot in the LEGION SG (also a VG) but to be honest, I'm not sure how many villain LEGION peeps are around/play their toons (there are a few but...not as many as there were before).
I thought in the topic that you said you looked through Tax E had a link to SGs/VGs....I could be wrong though. 
If you are still interested, I'm more than willing to team up with you/invite you.
Edit: I usually play Mon-Fri 10am-Noon (EDT) and any time on Saturdays...not usually on on Sundays (at least not for long).

There is a small contigent of villains on Liberty. For whatever the reasons, most play on blue side, and if someone is looking for assistance with a task force, or some specific difficult mission, there is usually someone willing to log in a villain and help out. At least, that's been my experience.
@draygos was kind enough to help me park a new villain in his Dreamwreckerz vg, and somehow I ended up in the leadership spot. I only play my villain one day a week, as she's a lowly 27, and the new issues involve higher level play.
If you're seeking daily teaming, our vg would not be a good fit.

I used to have a site but maintenance of it just wasn't worth it anymore. With people keeping toons rogue or vigilante, they've pretty much eliminated the villains thing. BUT it is still there. I just don't know of any active VGs with a lot of players in it.
I would suggest you join some global chat channels and shout out that you want to team and get in on the action from that way.

Whats a good resource for finding a villain group on Liberty? I've looked through the Registry thats stickied up there, but it seems like mostly SG's.
That said, anyone want to let a new Crab join their VG? :-) Or want to start one?
