OK, without the splash screen how to you tell if the badge is being given out at logon time or if it was just given to whole account?
I guess having the badge auto award to account is just wishful thinking. I hate logon on all your toons one at a time. After 7 years there are so MANY. I still haven't gotten around to reslotting some of them for powers diversification LOL. Yeah I need more slots like a hole in the head.

I just spent the last 2 days rotating through almost 100 characters.
ALL of them got The Constant and Lucky. NONE of them got a noise or splash text telling me that I got either one.
Some of the characters also earned Day Job badges. They got the Noise, showed up in the Rewards channel, but had no splash text.
It seems that there's only one conculsion: Like Accuracy, /Regeneration, and Villains, Devs Hate Badges! Badges Dun Got Nerf'd! DOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
