Could we get rid of all the pop-ups?
Changing the old pop-ups to use the new Pop Help system is a good idea. I'm all for it.
However, I want to keep contact introduction pop-ups. You need to be notified when new contacts show up.

Move the other pop-ups to the pop help thingie, but leave the contact pop-ups. What happens when a new contact is introduced to the game and everyone who shut their pop-ups off is unaware that they exist?
Clicking "OK" on a contact pop-up now and then isn't really that big of a deal I don't think.

As an addendum, make the old missions that sent you to a contact into contact pop ups. So no more being sent to see Lt. Willcot, PVP Zone people, Seer Marinio, Freedom Corps, Stephanie Peebles and so on.

You get to the level, you get the contact notification windows, you pursue at your own leisure.

I agree in part. Actual contact introduction missions are unnecessary and pointless, when these contacts can be introduced either via pop-up window or from other contacts as is the norm. None of these contacts are even remotely new at this point, so it makes no sense for them to be given special attention, especially when their content is considerably worse than newer stuff, for the most part.

Actual tutorial missions, on the other hand, should have some place in the game. Learning how to set your difficulty and what each option means, learning about PvP and so forth do need to exist somewhere. Whether as missions or in pop help format, I cannot say, but if they must exist as missions, then I'd put excise them from regular contacts and put them all on a new contact, some kind of City Advisor (or even the City Representative) hero-side and a "Looks like he knows something" dude villain-side. Either will work, and neither will force people to put their dealings on hold to trudge through yet another tutorial mission for what in my case is the 100th time, if not more.

and for the love of god, fix the "useful salvage" and "are you sure you wanna post this IO for so much money? it will cost x amount of inf!" warnings.. They have been broke (keep coming back after each time you zone) for a long time now, and its fairly annoying to have to keep toggling them off.

I have posted that before. I agree with it. Also add Tailors. I hate running around trying to find out which tailor this toon did not visit.

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life. Winston Churchill
I've been playing for over 4 years. I don't need to be told to train up to level 2. I don't need to be told what to do with Salvage. I don't need to be told that Montague Castanella contacted me. And I don't need to be told that I got a tip.
For those who DO need this information, we have this shiny new pophelp system that is completely optional, ie we can turn it off.
Can we get rid of EVERY popup that shows up in the middle of my screen and forces me to click OK, and move them into the pophelp system? If there's one of those that you really think is super important, you can put it on the (also optional) list of auto-opening pophelps. It would be less annoying, and it would add a layer of consistency to the UI which could desperately use it (here and elsewhere).
