Unyielding and Temp Invuln are overslotted.
4 slots of Reactive Armor is more than sufficient.
RPD is underslotted by one.
Too many instances of Reactive Armor (6). Turn Resist Elements into An Aegis set. 3 slots gets you slightly boosted fire defenses.
5-slotting KinCombats is a waste. If you're going for better stats (acc/dmg/endred/rech) go for one of the sets where the IOs go to Level 50.
If you're going for better damage output, look at a proc.
If you're looking for better set bonuses for survivability, look at 2-slotting Pounding Slugfests (Acc/Dam and Dam/End or Dam/Rech) for the 8% regen bonus.
Honestly, just hide Boxing and use the slot elsewhere.
Invincibility is overslotted.
Ask yourself how often you use Unstoppable. If the answer is "I never use it" or "I almost never use it", get rid of it. If the answer is "I use it a lot", slot it up for max recharge.
Get yourself a Steadfast unique. No arguments.
One-slotting Hurl is a complete waste. Either slot it up or get rid of it.

Here's a build just to give you an idea of some of the problems in your build.
Just shy of S/L softcap with one enemy in range. Better E/N and F/C. This should make it safer during farming.
Actually slotted for Stamina and health slotted for recovery/regen.
Endurance usage went up approximately 10%, but recovery went up 27%.
Hurl is useful now (though your patron powers are still a joke).
You'll output less damage over time than you would when proc'ed out, but your damage output will be more dependable and the accuracy bonus, coupled with perma'ed Rage should more than make up for it.

hmm, , ok, Rule of 5, got it... to much Reactive armor, I thought I had followed the guide to soft capping word for word on that one, but hey, whatever. As for the lack of Stamina, I am running Cardiac Core Paragon on my Alpha slot, so frankly I don't see the point in running stamina anymore... ((Is there a way of flagging what I run in my Incarnate slots in a Mids build?))
As this is a forum for constructive criticism, and I am out searching for help in making my build even better then it is (and trust me this build tears through things, and stands up to everything short of a Lambda gone wrong), I am more then willing to use up one of my alt builds to give your's a shot, and compare how the two actually perform for me in game. And while you're reducing the amount of endurance from various things, without Stamina, your recovery of stamina spent becomes much slower.
With Stamina, and the slotting for Dam/End vs Dam/Rech and/or procs, you're able to sustain your ability to attack far longer than would otherwise be the case.

Yeah. Honestly, you may want to go a bit further and get your E/N up more. But that's going to take a slightly more radical rebuild. The two trials are tossing around a lot of energy damage (the Lambda is also tossing pure psi at you too, but building just for that is futile).
Although the build is a bit different, maybe this will help you with ideas.

I appreciate all the help I can get on this. I am sincerely trying to lock down a few dozen ideas on how to do different feeling builds with the same 2 primaries.
What I am using now is I dropped unstoppable, (I logged the number of times I used it running the new build, as per Hyperstrike's version, and found I used it once in 2 days of +4x8 w/bosses Close the Dimensional Rupture runs), and Static Discharge. The resulting slots from Unstoppable were rerouted back to Ball Lightning giving it a bit more punch, and I took the first two powers from Leadership with a IO END REDUX in both. This seems to be working well so far. I am at work at the moment and can't upload the build though...
AF_Bill That build looks very interesting, and since I have the extra influence I might make it an alternate build for Build 3 on the character. Is there any reason not to take Leadership: Assault in place of Unstoppable at the lvl 50 slot. As a 1 slotted Unstoppable seems anticlimatic in the build.

yeah for ss/inv id either go cardiac or body mastery depending on how u wanted to build ur toon. It depends really on how much recharge you feel u need in your build. If you want high recharge body mastery is better + spiritual (unless you really want patron AoE) else just go cardiac.
Is there any reason not to take Leadership: Assault in place of Unstoppable at the lvl 50 slot.

Going from memory, so forgive any mistakes:
Punch has a base damage at level 50 of 41.7
Three-slotting with level 50 damage IOs adds 100%
60% Fury adds 120%
Rage adds 80%
Without any external buffs, set bonus, incarnate abilities or anything else like that, Punch has a +300% damage bonus, resulting in 166.8 damage.
Assault adds 10.5% damage (for brutes; it varies by AT). That adds 4.4 damage to Punch. For powers that deal more, it will increase proportionately, meaning that it will still be a pretty insignificant addition to your damage.
In your OP, you mentioned a static team of 7 brutes and a kin. Assault would stack, if everyone stayed close enough together, but I assume that the kin is going to be using Fulcrum Shift and Siphon Power constantly. That's going to be enough to keep the team damage capped (or really close) at all times. Regardless of whhat AT the kin is, their Assault should keep the team capped, freeing up the brutes' endurance for important things, like Foot Stomp.
If I were to do something like what you're describing, I'd go for seven SS/Fire, /Dark or /Elec brutes and a kin. The kin would keep all the damage auras and burn patches damage capped, all the brutes would have very high resists, and if the full team ran maneuvers, it would take very little to keep the team softcapped while they were together, if maneuvers alone wasn't enough.

I have an idea for a Static SG made of 7 SS/Inv brutes and a Kinetics Controller. I want the group to be able to run almost identical, or identical min/maxed builds (I have a farmer already on my account so influence and attaining the enhancements for the builds for the group won't be that big a deal). This is the build I am running on my brute at the moment, and it works EXCEEDINGLY well, any help tweaking it to run better and I will make it the template for this new group.
