Most of this stuff comes from the DfB mentality.
They can just run in and walk around like a chicken without a head, and never die. So they think they can do the same on the Trials.
Further more, someone found a way to get on my ignore list by saying she closes the chat window during missions.
A couple of weeks ago i kicked someone from the league for dancing next to Marauder. I really thought we were over that by now.
Backseat driver get the spotlight, and a note. I just love to humiliate them when they try and undermine the league leader, even when i'm not leading.
I know i talk to, i give advice. But not to a point that i suggest a whole diff tactic. I only do THAT when the league is failing the trial, and i'll take over trying to set things right. Many times have i completed a trail even tho the leader was incompetent to lead.
When pulling Siege and NS, and people are obviously in the way of the pull, i always like to make the comment: "If you are NOT near that giant Crab, u are a hinder to the pull." You should see how fast they go from one side to me. Kinda hard to miss the 15ft Crab Soldier.

Putting all your eggs in one basket is a problem waiting to happen.
If there's a few people who aren't sure what to do or don't want the responsibility of using the temps, then by all means, pass them over to someone else.
But putting all of the temps on a single person is a bad idea. Disconnects can be random and unexpected (or maybe that person knows they always crashed on iTrials and doesn't say anything because they won't get invited). Who knows?

Gotta love the people that comment..not on what the post is about, but that its an old post, that relates to things that are continuing to happen. People still fail the first two trials. Trials that should be done with the least amount of fuss and the biggest chance to succeed.
I guess it would have been better if I hadn't looked for a post like this before typing one of my own.
I could have just made an all new post, stating the same information as the OP, but it would be new. Not really any better. Just new.

Don't auto vote kick someone just because a kick vote has been started. If you are unaware why someone is being submitted for the vote, don't just auto vote yes. There are people running around I trials randomly starting vote kicks on people and the rest of the sheep are just following kicking random people for no reason.
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
