I made a DA forum post regarding this jerk and got a few responses.. one even alerted another DA artist of one of their pics being ripped. Hope more will take notice.

The great sea of the internet. I remember in HS a friend of mine put together a runescape website made a bunch of custom icons and gifs and what not. He was browsing another guys website and pop there's his gif and a bunch of his work. He was typing so furiously that the teacher pulled the plug on his computer. Anonymity on the internet is really empowering to some people.

So long as it isn't something they had made which seems to be the case. I believe that would constitute a breach of the EULA. But I'm not a lawyer. Ebay isn't likely to play fast and loose with the personal information of a user that is in good standing with them at least.

Edit: And it looks like anything that had previously been labeled 'City of Heroes' is gone, at least from the Games section. Doesn't mean they wont rename them and put them up under something else. There are also a ton of Aion, Guild Wars, and Lineage images there as well.
I am not the betting sort, but I would wager real money that there isn't a single license for anything offered by that shop.
