Well, if you have the fighting pool cardiac's not a bad choice, it would make it very easy for you to run it all the time (while decreasing needs for res slots).

If you don't, probably spiritual for the buffs to healing (rttc and hpt) and I'm sure whatever offensive set would like the recharge.

Not nerve though, a wp gets very little worthwhile out of that.

The common scrapper debate is musculature v spiritual, with cardiac being an aside for those who havent mastered their end recovery.

My Scrapper has Cardiac, mostly because I'm constantly running 8 toggles, including Focused Accuracy. Plus I'm Claws, with nigh-perma Hasten, and that adds up pretty fast.

At this point, I'd have to say "we need to know more about your build."

I've got both a Dual Blades/WP and a Claws/WP scrapper running Focused Accuracy, Tough, Weave, Combat Jumping, Sprint, and the four Willpower toggles, all the time.

Admittedly, they've both got a Numina's Unique, Miracle Unique, three Performance Shifter procs, and Physical Perfection.

Both took Spiritual, neither has END problems in long sustained AV fights.

I would say that since WP can get both Stamina and QR, you wouldn't need Cardiac, and I'm not a big fan of Nerve, especially on a set with only a small amount of defense. That leaves Spiritual and Musculature, which is better depends on your build. I tend to like the idea of Musculature on scrappers, since their base damage is so high, but some builds do benefit from Spiritual and the extra healing enhancement in spiritual would also benefit WP fairly well. If you are having end troubles, one thought might be Musculature with the Endmod bonus, would benefit both Stamina and QR, and you still get the damage boost.

Spiritual.

The recharge will help your attack chain, and the healing will help your regen. Some sets will benefit from the stun enhancement as well. It's one of the only choices where you will benefit from most aspects of the slot you chose (only MA, DM, and Spines will benefit from the Immobilize aspect of Musculature)

went with cardiac only because i run tough weave and targeting drone. Also i have a fast attack chain on firemelee.. So need the extra boost of end.

My standard vote would be Spiritual. However, that will depend on the build, and perhaps even which other Incarnate powers you take.
