I've got a lot of catching up to do...
Glad to hear that you're having fun in the AE looking into arcs that are meant to be loved and played and shared!
I'm out of signature space! Arcs by Tubbius of Justice are HERE: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=218177
Other great places to find good arcs:
CoH Mission Review
MA Search.com
In this section of the forums I've found that arcs which actually have their own dedicated thread are more likely to be worth a run than ones in the Announce 'You' Arc sticky.
Craft your inventions in AE!!
Play "Crafter's Cafe" - Arc #487283. A 1 mission, NON-COMBAT AE arc with workable invention tables!
Other places if you haven't checked them yet:
Excellent Arcs
2010 Player's Choice Awards
March Player's Choice Awards
2009 Player's Choice Awars (which includes January's Player's Choice results)
I also ran one in February, but it didn't come up through search. I wonder if that's one of the threads that got purged before this forum got marked 'do not purge'.
Since I did NOT visit the forums that often other than to occassionally check on Dev Digest through my 7 years (well, sometimes I stopped by Guardian threads)...
And now that I'm hooked up with the weekly A/E team and the MA Arc Finder channel...
I'm discovering my "searches" in seldomly playing arcs on A/E weren't really doing me much good...
I'm starting to realize the authors who are passionate about their creations and want to improve upon them instead of just merely trying a little and moving on weren't likely to be stumbled upon by me through my previous methods.
Not saying the ones I played were all bad through that method, but there was a lot of critter imbalance and flawed writing that steered me away some...
I look forward to hitting A/E a few times a week and checking out more of your creations... and if I haven't gotten around to ya yet... I most likely will soon enough.
If you've received comments by me lately, you know who I'm talking about. It's actually helping me improve my present one (comedy one doesn't count) and hopefully furture ones by playing yours.
PEACE! (and happy gaming...)
