Stalker damage cap is 500%.
Criticals do not count towards that cap.
So if you get to the cap, and crit your doubling the damage of your capped attack.
So say I have an attack that does 100 damage. At the damage cap this attack will do 500 damage and if that attack crits it's 1000 damage.
Also damage procs and -res powers allow you to exceed the damage cap.
