Masque is running a PvP University currently (Arena, Victory server). It's a learning environment, not a league.
We occasionally have kickball matches, and the power level is attenuated (no PVP IOs, or Purple sets, to make it more casual friendly), so it's a 'different' kind of Arena PvP.
So yes, it still exists, but it's not what it used to be.

Its been about a year and a half since Ive been in game. I popped back in to get a taste of pvp again. Is there any team arena action still going on?
