Glitch, weird window appears, crash (with screenshot! :P)

That odd overlay at the bottom has been randomly happening for at least a year now, if not longer.
From what I've seen, it doesn't happen often enough for the Devs to be able to track it down.

As I recall, Leandro had the same bottom overlay occur not too long ago... but I do not believe anyone figured out what it was, or why it popped up.

I've had some REAL weird **** happen to me, it mostly happens when you're in a mission with a ton of enemies.
I've gotten that bar at least 15 times now.
But the weirdest thing I ever had happen was when I was testing a map in AE with a lot of enemies in it, running around with superspeed.
I suddenly FELL DOWN like I had been knocked back, while running.
None of the enemies had knockback, and I was also in invisible mode for AE testing. My powers window opened, and that bar popped up.
I was running the new SF, and near the start of the thirdish mission, I had my screen glitch out for a second, with the Combat Attributes window (not the monitor), pop up and momentarily show everything at -9999 in red, before returning to normal, with also some weird controls at the bottom of my screen. I got screenshot of them, about 10 seconds before my game froze
It's overlayed on top of my normal UI, along the bottom center of the screen... anyone ever seen anything like this? It sorta looks like it has something to do with Demo Recording/Playback (the 'record' button, as well as the buttons that look like they're meant for jumping around in a video/demo).
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
