No Reward Table: Totally Intentional

That's crap and I am sad that it happened to you 
That is the suck, but I'd guess it's because leagues aren't coded to be "sticky" the way a TF team is. Bummer

That's what you get for being impatient and crashing too soon. I crashed out of a BaF at the last phase and got my reward table. The solution is obvious: wait until you're almost done before you crash. Haven't you read the guides?
Of course the real question is, why did either of us crash out of the trial to being with?

Probably because lousy meat-sacks tried to tell a machine what to do.

I've crashed at the end of TFs too many times, and missed the reward from it. Never heard of the server picking up on length of participation. Got the same response as you for the BAF ):
