I'd like my character slots back please...

They were "looking into it" yesterday.

No word if they've actually fixed it yet, but from your post it sounds like they haven't.

30 level 50's: 12 scrappers, 7 other random melee types, 11 blaster/blapper/support squishies, two accounts, and a TON of altitis since 4/28/04
It's due entirely to the online store being down. Beyond the first 12 slots, all the others the game needs to contact the online store to figure out how many slots you have.
Most likely this issue is due to the store freaking out with Issue 20 that occurred... I'm waiting patiently to make two characters! A DM/Regen Stalker, and most likely a Fire/Rad Corruptor... And by 'patiently', I mean 'plotting to break into Paragon'...

It does indeed include vet reward slots, as I had one unlocked that way and another unused, and both are now missing.
Okay, somehow since the update before this one I get the message that online store is not online(which is okay with me as I don't buy anything with it) but now everytime I delete a character the character slots becomes unavailable which means I cannot create new characters...
This is slightly annoying (understatement). I don't know if the online store thing has anything to do with it but anyone else encountering this problem or was it posted somewhere that this is a known issue?
