Hows this looking so far?
Quite impressive, considering the budget it's on. Couple of things that I can think of.
You can afford to lose a slot in PB: Without enhancing, without hasten, it recharges in 100 seconds. In practice, it'll be recharged every 70 seconds or so, and there's no point in stacking it*. A single endred would be best at this point.
You can also afford to lose a slot in Agile: You'd lose .5 ranged def putting you at 46.3%, which is still plenty.
My advice is to put these two new slots in Health and slot a Numina Heal and Heal/x. You gain a nice chunk of regen and HP that way.
Speaking of +HP, putting two more P. Shifters (Endmod/X) in Stamina would be good too. Net loss of recovery: 0.01 EPS. Gained: Another nice chunk of HP.
*Unless you're being hammered by a half-dozen Rikti Mesmerists, you might get held then. Happened to me once. Stacked PB would have helped there, but it's such a niche benefit it's not really worth considering.
Doesn't look like you quite have the recharge for BF SS AS yet. BF is the limiting factor in that chain, as you need it to recharge in the cast times of AS + SS which is (1.188 + 1.452) = 2.64 and right now with the t3 alpha and hasten up it's at 3.178.
If you wanted to run BF AS SS AS, you need AS to come back up in 1.452 and it's recharging in 1.766 right now.
I also think you'd be out of endurance very quickly with the current build. BF AS SS AS animates in 5.28 sec (if you had the recharge to run it) and uses with your slotting 23.337 end which comes out to 4.42 eps. Your toggles run 1.09 eps and your net recovery is 3.32 (plus an average of .2 eps from the perfshifter proc in stamina). So you have 3.52 - 1.09 - 4.42 = -1.99 eps which means you'll be out of endurance in about 50 seconds, not including things like hasten drops, pauses to refresh your mez protection clicky, and endurance drains. Granted you can carry blues but having to use your whole inspiration tray to maintain your attack chain will be frustrating. I don't really see any SR being able to pull this chain off without conserve power, or a cardiac alpha (maybe the t4 destiny that gives end rec as well?).
BF SS AS needs a bit more endurance than BF AS SS AS so you wouldn't be any better off there.
By my calculations, to run BF SS AS seamlessly you need +354 percent recharge in blinding feint, so around 210 global recharge from sets and lightning reflexes, another 100 from slotting, and another 30 percent from the t4 spiritual alpha gets you to 340 which is pretty close.
For BF AS SS AS you need +313 in AS so you'd need something like 190 from sets, 90 from slotting, and 30 from the t4 alpha. This is a lot more doable than BF SS AS seamlessly. If I remember right from watching Shred's movies back when he was doing things none of us thought possible he was running this chain with a slight pause before the 2nd AS although I may be mistaken.
I wouldn't want to attempt this chain without some serious endurance recovery buffs or conserve power. I also don't really see getting 190 global recharge without purple sets as easily doable without gimping your build in other areas (slotting for max hp etc). I also wouldn't want to play SR in the current endgame without aid self, but that's just me. You could carry greens if you were so inclined.
Shred Monkey likely had a tiny pause in BF AS SS AS, but we can't really know since he doesn't post his builds. You can also live with more of a pause in BF SS AS. With the pause it's behind the other chain, but it DOES do more cone damage, plus it benefits more from recharge buffs. I'd probably stick with BF AS SS AS myself, and try to get it gapless or close.

Thanks for the great feedback so far!
So far it looks like the recharge on Blinding Feint as well as endurance are going to be the biggest limiting factors. Can anyone confirm whether the attack chain fast enough as it stands to tripple stack Blinding Feint?
Another thing I was wondering was whether it´s a good investment going for the -res PvP proc in Sweeping Strike? Any idea exactly how much it can improve the DPS compared to a damage proc? It does cost a fair bit, is it going to be worthwhile?
I´ll have a look at what I can do to help with endurance management when I get access to a pc as I use mac at home.
I could be persuaded to sacrifice 1000 cuts and another power to get the power choices and slots I´d need to get aid self. Is it a good way to go for the new incarnate TF´s?
Thanks again.
@SCALLYWAG, union
I´ve done some tinkering with the build to reduce endurance consumption.
It still burns endurance like there´s no tomorrow, but it does do decent aoe damage.
Any suggestions as to how I can improve recovery or cut the endurance costs of powers?
Here´s how my current build looks, except for the Gladiator -res proc.Is the proc gonna be worth the investment?
Thanks in advance. @SCALLYWAG, union

I´m getting around to getting all my level 50´s slotted up with their alpha slots. At the moment I´m working on my DB/SR scrapper. I´ve been looking at the forums, particularly some of the older posts about the top attack chain for dual blades (thanks Shred Monkey and Werner for the inspiration/putting bad ideas in my head
).
I hadn´t considered even trying to get enough recharge out of my build for the top chain. Whilst I do like getting as much performance as I reasonably can, I´m not a fan of grinding for the really expensive recipies... I´m too much of an alt-oholic.... but this was before the advent of hero merits and incarnates.
Nowadays it´s a doddle getting 5 LotG uniques. And the alpha slots can really improve the performance of a toon. With that in mind I´ve been trying my hand at building a toon with the top attack chain for DB, using Ablative Strike, Blinding Feint and Sweeping Strike.
This is waht I´ve come up with so far. It looks like I should be able to triple stack Blinding Feint in theory, but can I? Is there other stuff I should change to improve the performance for PvE and TF´s and incarnate trials?
