Kinetic Combat caps out at level 35 so on a level 50 character you need to move the level slider in BOTLER's interface to 35 before they appear.

Note: Always check prices before you cash in. At one point I looked and they'd gone from 150 million-ish to 96 million-ish. I'd expect they're back up in price, but I wouldn't bet any money on it.

Also remember that the Acc/Dam can't be bought with A-Merits. And the other doubles cost 1 merit while the triple costs 2.

I just have a really quick question that I hope someone can answer for me. I see that people have posted up in several posts that you can cash in hero merits for a kinetic combat recipe. I've ran several of my 50s through the whole deal of tip missions for my merits and when I go to the box near BOTLER that recipe never pulls up! Do I need to unlock something or talk to a different contact or is this a glitch on my end? Please someone lead me in the right direction.... much appreciated all
