What is the best build for PvP combat?

Psy/EM Blaster
Sonic/Pain Corruptor
Mind/Emp or Ill/Emp Controller
Rad/Psy (TK Epic) or Rad/Sonic (TK EPic) Defender
Elec/Willpower Stalker
Grav/TA Controller
Few that come to mind that I've seen consistently in Arena bouts.
Zones, ymmv...you can probably build a Fire MElee/Regen and do well with it.
Escape powers like Phase SHift (even if temp power) or Hibernate are a must.
41 pts of KB protect on squishies, capped hit points will help a lot.
Super Leap/Super Speed for travel powers.
