Cannot access game after house move

Every time I try to log into the game at the password screen I get the following message :-

"The game client was unable to connect to the login server. This may be due to a local network issue such as a firewall block, or may be because the login server is down for maintenance. Please check your network settings and try again, or check the website for server status"

Server status is green.
Good connection strength to the network
Standard internet working fine.
Have made CoX an exeption on my firewall, so that is not blocking it.

Been offline for 3 weeks during house move, have same company supplying broadband as previous house (sky), new router etc.. and still no joy.

Any suggestions to what I should try next???

Game is currently down. They had a 6 hou maintenance today. After this players found that the game had "rolled back" a certain amount of time. This caused losses in WW and BM and also affected levelling. No news when the game will be back up

If you have only been trying since 1pm BST. It's because of a server problem and the server status is STILL not correct, I can't remember the last time it was for EU servers.

No it's been a very frustrating gaming day today, 6 hour maintenence then we found out we'd been rolled back then got a 5 min warning, and all got booted. I'm still waiting to get back online.

I've checked the boards and no seems to be compaining still that they can't get on and the server status shows as up - but I can't get on still

Server status still shows as down. And there's plenty of complaining going about, don't worry.

The maintenance earlier resulted in an inadvertent roll-back, so they brought the servers back down to deal with that (and possible other issues, if that was a symptom of a larger problem that cropped up or something).

latest news is that the servers should be back up around 3.30pm PST or 11.30pm UK time
