How you think of this duo?

So my buddie was leveling a Fire/Kin Troller, he never has played a troller, and he always plays with another friend of ours, and wanted to try it, so far, hes loving it. So, i thought i would make a toon and catch up to him. So i made a Fire/DM Tank. So far, loving it, 2 heals, 2 end powers, pretty much 2 build ups.. cant wait til 50. Think he will be built for survivablity if thats possible with a fire tank.. lol What u guys/girls think of this duo?

With the Firekin, iv got SB/ID/FS all the time wit me, plus another heal and power to help, so i dont plan on dying anytime soon. We also both have the magic pack so atleast iv got 1 buff to give him atleast, and he can give to me. So i think its pretty sick.

Tankers : Ice/Ele, Fire/SS, Fire/DM, Invul/Fire, Ele/Stone Corrupter : Arch/TA
Scrappers : DM/DA, Kat/SR Brutes : Fire/Shield, Ele/Fire(Villian)
Controllers : Fire/Kin, Ele/Rad, Earth/Cold

A tank can easily do comparable damage to a scrapper when boosted by a kinetic: siphon power, speed boost, transference, fulcrum shift, and tranfusion mean non-stop SMASH and BURN!

HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.

A Fire tank does really great with a kin, speed boost buffs sooo many of your powers and FS helps Fiery embrace. You 2 will be able to dish out insane amounts of damage.

Its not a bad combo, but the tank is overkill when playing with the kin. A scrapper or brute will be better able to take advantage of the kin's damage boosting powers
