After a few days of messing around my build I think I have finally got it. Some of the build is concept as it has fly/hover.

Key Points-
Moderate Budget
146% Global Recharge(W/Hasten) (246% w/Proc)
Softcap Positionals
Slaps out a 15% Defense Buff to the grp with Grant Cover and Maneuvers
No Purples or Pvp Sets

Have room to toss in 3 Purple Sets-Midnights Grasp, Gloom, and Oblit along with a Glad Armor if ya feeling extra spiffy.

Holes in the Build are endo though I am playing it right now just hit 40 and dont have to much of a endo problem untill I hit Malta or Carnies but I feel thats b/c I use Dark Consump as a aoe instead of when I need it. If I find I have to much endo problems I may switch over to Cardiac instead of Spiritual, only difference is instead of 25s SC its 30s.

I don't have time to comb over the whole build at the moment, but the Force Feedback Proc in SC won't grant your character the buff (it grants the buff to the pseudopet that is summoned by Shield Charge, which in turn does nothing).

if you're using the stupefy in boxing to add ranged defense, i'm sure the slots could be better used elsewhere. for example you could 6 slot a defense toggle with red fortune, and boost a power you'd actually use.

LotG Def/End may be more helpful in your toggles than LotG Def/Rech

How does it not work in Shield Charge? It works on my SS Brutes FS how is Shield Charge different?

Stupify in Boxing is for all the set bonus(except stun), putting 6 slots into one of defense powers and slotting it with Red Fortune or hell even any of the Set bonus's isn't worth it. Just like when ppl Slot Brawl for Kinetic Combat for S/L D I'm doing the same for Boxing in a way.

Also I'm kinda debating on dropping darkest night for One with the Shield, is One with the Shield any good? I would have close to 70% S/L Resistance and 300 more Hp along with more Endo recharge which all and all is good for a AV when they get through my D.

I already told you above.

Shield Charge summons a pseudo-pet, its not the same kind of attack like FS.

Feel free to test it out.
