hey i decided to make a km/ninja stalker but the build i was using was before they gave us the fitness pool as a inherent power so can someone point me to a good km/ninja stalker build ?

Hi I am new to stalkers so I had a few questions? Why did you take Teleport as your movement mode instead of super speed?

Because superspeed doesn't "get me anywhere" I couldn't already. Because Ninja Run and Steam Jump are "good enough" for TRAVEL. Because Teleport can take me to places that would otherwise be difficult or time consuming during combat. And most importantly, because Teleport allows me to "skip" past things that see through Stealth (like Rikti Drones) and Hidden, allowing me to "ninja" missions much more reliably. And because Recall Friend on a Stalker is a damn useful thing which lets me save my Assemble the Team teleport for times when it would be the better tool.

Superspeed does none of those things ... and it's not like I need the extra Stealth radius, since I have no interest of any kind in PvP.

That was a pretty good arguement for Teleport. I just made one a little bit ago myself and have him at lvl 28 now. I have to say though, I do like the extra 2% defense from combat jumping along with the ability to slot a knockback IO in it. 2% is like another IO set bonus to me. *shrug* I also really like hasten, it's nice for when you really want placate, build up, the heal, caltrops, and AS to come up faster. I'm sure it will be nice for blinding powder and concentrated strike as well.

I will post a rough build when I get home. I'd be interesting in seeing others as well.

I was also curious if perma-hasten is worth going for on a Stalker so as to have AS and placate up as often as possible?

My impression is that mega-recharge for Aim, Placate+AS, Kuji-in Rin (your Heal) and Caltrops are pretty much the only "real" reasons why you'd want to aim for Perma Hasten with a KM/Ninjitsu build. I say that because they're going to be the only "long" recharge powers in the set (really).

It really doesn't take all that many KM powers, and slight (by modern standards) recharge, to build a "normal combat" attack chain with no pauses in it. As far as unHidden combat is concerned, Perma Hasten is really only useful if you feel like you want to skip some melee powers so as to have fewer attack powers (to slot!) than the nominal choice of tiers 1, 2, 3, 9 for melee attacks.

To my mind, Perma Hasten doesn't have the "serious advantages" for KM/Ninjistu that you'll often see with other powerset combinations (or more to the point, other ATs). It'll help you "Hidden Attack Chain" be available more often ... but it really doesn't do all that much for your "unHidden Attack Chain" unless you do something whacktastic with your build.

Did some fooling around in Mids' today (for more than one of my alts) and came up with this build plan for my KM/Ninjitsu Stalker. It's a little bit more ... brutal ... on the Procs for the main attack chain in Quick Strike, Body Blow, Smashing Blow and Concentrated Strike. Hit Points, with all of the passive power Villain Accolades, is less than 2 HP shy of the cap for Stalkers (so coming in just under the wire there).

Note that this is still a Hasten-LESS build ... mainly because Kinetic Melee "doesn't need it" for the main attack chain. The build is quite vulnerable to fighting +1 and up Foes ... unfortunately ... because there isn't a whole lot of "safety margin" left over in either Accuracy for attacks, or Defenses (which were a struggle to softcap using Ninjitsu).
