Multiply account discount?

Is there any form of discount program for having multiply city of heroes accounts? Say 2 or 3? Like a family discount kinda thing?

There is a discount for multiple months at a time, though.

The only discount related to having multiple accounts is that you can send yourself a Refer-a-friend invite and gain extra time on your first account when you create the second.
