Jolting Chain and Procs

I think the Feedback proc wont affect you (it affects the pseudo pet that jumps) and the Performance Shifter +end proc wont either (it was reported to grant the mobs end at one point)
If I couldn't proc this power I would probably skip it.
Know if the Heal Proc will work? Or will it try to heal the pseudo pet?
I definitley see the value of adding damage procs since they work. (and Hold).

I never tested it myself, but I suspect it would heal the pseudo pet. Hopefully someone that has tested it can post a comment to confirm or deny this behavior.
Seems reasonable asumption based on how the recharge works. I can hope it doesn't work that but for now I pplan on that it does... if I feel like wasting an enchacment Might toss one in to see how it works. (unless someone else comes along and can confirm how it works)

It does try and heal the pseduopet.
With the Heal/Endurance/Build Up/Recharge procs they all have a chance to proc on you for the first target, each following target its the pseudopet.
Go For hold and Damage procs.
