Main: Praetor Imperium Elec/SS/Mu
Just a suggestion... I think between Conductive Aura and Drain Psyche you would be more apt to fight in melee range. So you could alter your sets for range defense to more recharge. I kept your power picks the same, though rearranged some. This interpretation of your build still retains the S/L softcap, but no range defense outside of your toggles. However, a full load of Drain Psyche of 10 mobs will cap both your regen and recovery (with no slotting for endmod it'll cap your recovery off of ~8 mobs). So any minor-moderate damage you take gets regenerated pretty quickly. Staying in melee and using DP and CA/Static Field lets you become a bit of a sapper, too, by stopping foe recovery and draining their remaining end. Having the extra recharge assists with this because it makes DP close to perma (becomes perma and buffed with the Spiritual Alpha). Hasten is also close to perma.
Also, I've never found Psi Dart slot-worthy and I swapped Mental Blast for Subdue for the double hold proc. I've got it slotted like that on my mind/psi and it's pretty nice. The extra slots let me get that 5th slot into your melee attacks so you could bring their stats up a bit more.

Ok, More in game experince with this toon, plus useing some ideas from above etc.
A new Refined biuld
*I still kept my Range Def, dispite being primaryly in melee range on this biuld. That doesn't stop other things from trying to shoot me. Also Ambushes are a classic spot were Range Defense helps. Switching some things around I was also able to Soft-Cap my Energy Def. So this Dominator biuld soft caps the 3 most common damage types in the game (Sm, Le, En). With Range Def at 32.48%... Close enough to the sweet 32.5% for me. Neg Def also came out at a nice 31.85%.
Global Recharge improved, 98.75%. Only slightly less then the above mod (102.75%) but without giving up the Range Def, and even improveing Range/other Defs.
Mental Blast vs Subdue... the only place I have found Mental blast better then Subdue is while leveling up. Since Subdue isn't able to be selected until 26. But yes after that point Subdue is overall better to have in the biuld for a Imm power. (which works nicely with Telekinetic Thrust). Swapped out the slotting on Psionic Dart to Posinous Ray, since later down the road I do see what everone was saying about Dart being a pull power basicly.
While leveling up Dart is valuable as a attack power however. So This is definitely a Respec into down the road biuld. My Current biuld is useing both mental blast and Psionic Dart sloted for attacks in the low levels. Exemplaring I won't be concearned with as when/if I need more attacks for what ever reason I will have a pocket of Temps at that point.
Side note... It may seem like thiers a lack of Acc in some powers but this biuld (unintentionally) is packing 81% Global Accuracy... in order to get the other bonuses I wanted.

Ok got Mids to finaly Like my computer LOL
So heres the biuld Mids style. Forgive the wrong level slotting, the end result was the important part.
This biuld can hit nearly 2500% Reg Boost!! (2483%) Nearly 137 hp/sec and 32 End/Sec. Best of all... its basicly perma (just a smiget over 30s) All you need are targets to keep this up.
I Did find one problem with a pet slotting... Kinda fixed it, but lost a bit of recharge so going to see if I can repair the issue. Enjoy

I find it still incredible what is possible with the incarnate system. Made a Testbuild quite after it's release, Softcap + Permahasten with only 1 Slot + real Perma Drain Psyche, of that i've dreamt a long time. Time to bring my Elec/Psy to lvl50 and start work on this new goal :-))
